SMS marketing services for lists that need control

SMS marketing services should cover more than copywriting. We audit consent, sender routes, flows, segmentation, offer cadence, and measurement before campaign volume goes up.

Platforms and routing

We work with Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, Attentive, SimpleTexting, EZ Texting, Twilio, Sakari, and Sinch. Platform choice changes the work: a Twilio build needs more sender and developer detail, while a managed platform usually puts more weight on segmentation, creative testing, and ecommerce reporting.

For U.S. long-code sends, SMS Compliance and A2P 10DLC Support covers the registration and proof points. For lifecycle work, SMS Automations for Revenue Teams explains the flow set we usually build first.

What the first 30 days include

  1. Day 1 to 5: consent and account audit across list sources, tags, forms, and sender numbers.
  2. Day 6 to 12: platform fixes, registration prep, segment map, and offer guardrails.
  3. Day 13 to 21: campaign and automation copy, QA links, quiet hours, and suppression logic.
  4. Day 22 to 30: first sends, KPI review, and a second-month plan based on actual opt-out and click data.

FAQ

Can you work inside our current SMS platform?

Yes. Most projects start inside the platform already attached to the store or CRM. We audit Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, Attentive, SimpleTexting, Twilio, and Sakari accounts before recommending a move. A migration only makes sense when reporting, segmentation, sender setup, or cost structure blocks the campaign plan.

Do you write the messages or only advise?

We write the messages, map the segments, set QA rules, and give the internal team a calendar they can approve. For retained clients, we also review send results each week. That includes delivery rate, CTR, opt-out rate, conversion rate, and revenue per delivered text, not just campaign revenue.

Can SMS work with email instead of replacing it?

SMS is usually strongest beside email. We use text for moments where speed and brevity matter: limited-stock drops, appointment reminders, cart saves, replenishment prompts, and urgent service updates. Email keeps the richer story, longer product education, and lower-cost nurture. The two channels should share suppression rules.
